How do we create a Wedding Package?
Together we will determine how many hours of photography coverage you will need. Most weddings require six to eight hours of photography coverage to capture all of your special moments in both posed and photojournalistic shots. I will help you sketch out a photography plan for your wedding day which will allow you to create a realistic overall schedule for the day. The process will help you to understand how many hours of photography coverage you will need so that your special moments are captured. Then you will review all of the options available to create your own wedding package. There are also options which can be added after your wedding day. When you sign my wedding contract you may purchase items for up to two years after the date of your wedding at your contracted price.
What are the options I will be able to choose from to create my package?
- Engagement Photo Session (Proofs and Prints included)
- Wedding Rehearsal coverage to meet your wedding party, family and friends, to learn about your ceremony and take some fun shots. This is a unique option not offered by others
- Wedding Photography coverage for 6 to 8 hours
- Ownership of wedding photos (650-800 High quality JPEG files on DVD)
- A Wedding Proof album (100-200 proofs)
- A Coffee Table Book of Your Wedding Day Story presenting the story of your wedding day featuring a unique 10" x 10" flat hardcover book using background full page photos overlaid with photos from your wedding
- A 24" x 28" Wedding Board with an 8" x 10" engagement photo which is replaced with a wedding photo of your choice, then matted, framed and glassed as a keepsake
- Large wrap-around canvas look wedding portrait photos, 16" x 20" or 20" x 24"
- Display of your wedding photos on Millers, my storefront for your friends and family to view and purchase photos
- You may purchase items for your wedding contract for up to two years after the date of your wedding at your contracted price.
Who will be our Photographer?
My assistant and I will be photographing throughout the day. You will have two photographers getting more shots and more angles of all of your special moments
What type of equipment do you use?
I use Single Reflex Lens Digital cameras and I also have a 35 mm SLR camera.
Do you travel?
I travel within a 50 mile radius of Pittsfield in Berkshire County, outside of that radius I charge a travel fee which covers my mileage and time.
How do you determine your fee?
We will discuss your plans and create a package which will clearly define what is included. Prices start at $1,400 for six hours of photography coverage, and $1,700 for eight hours of coverage.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes I do. Your Lasting Image Gift Certificate allows you more financial flexibility. You can use it in conjunction with your bridal registry or as a stand alone “wish list“. Just select additional items, they will be highlighted, that you would like to have added to your wedding photography contract.
Your gift certificate will have both your names and your wedding date on it and if family and friends choose to give you a gift, they can designate which gift and send a check for the amount. I will notify you when a gift has been made and confirm the details.
